Categories Wanted: Got Some?

A list of wanted category pages on the WordPress Codex are on http://codex.wordpress.org/Special:WantedCategories These are different from the http://codex.wordpress.org/Special:UncategorizedPages that lack categories. Wanted Categories are pages with a category that doesn’t match the existing categories found in http://codex.wordpress.org/Special:Categories

These need to be processed to determine if a spelling error was made or the wrong name used in the category name, or if we need to add that category to the Codex. We add categories only when there are a minimum of 10 articles to fill that category up. That’s a minimum. It should be more like 20 as we have over-categorizing things. Articles can have more than one category, so start big and work your way down to a micro-category if necessary.

To add a category or check if it is right at the bottom of the article, look for [[Category:Name of Category]]
